Rudio laced a pair of doubles in the frame while sophomore second baseman Spiers Miller knocked in a pair of Bulldogs with his own two-bagger down the left field line.
The Bulldogs tacked on three runs in the second, five more in the fifth and one last one in the eighth. Senior catcher Alex Brann knocked in a Barton run with a single in the second and then drew a bases loaded walk in the fifth to finish with two RBI.
Chowan (4-11) totaled 10 hits but were held scoreless for a second time after stranding 11 Hawks on base.
The Bulldogs tallied a season-high 18 hits including freshman Chris Davis' first collegiate base knock.
