Barton NIL Reporting Form

As of July 1, 2021, all three divisions of the NCAA have adopted a uniform, interim policy allowing student-athletes to engage in Name, Image, and Likeness activity.  This page will serve as a resource specifically for Barton student-athletes to provide support, and guidance as our students navigate the NIL landscape. 

On this page you will find our institutional reporting form and resource documents from the NCAA.

Please remember that activity related to NIL is still very new and the information on this page is not meant to be an exhaustive list of resources or information. We at Barton College will do our best to stay up to date with changes in legislature, but it also important that if you have any specific questions or if you are unsure about what is permissible and what is impermissible, that you reach out to:
