GREENVILLE, S.C. – Three members of the Barton College men's golf team – senior
Ryan Jahr (Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.) and juniors
Giovanni Bruno (Padova, ITALY) and
Winston Knobloch (Winneconne, Wis.) – earned 2025-26 All-Conference Carolinas honors.
Jahr garnered all-league accolades for the third straight season and leads the squad this year with an adjusted scoring average of 71.7. Jahr also has three top-three finishes this year and won the Hampton Farms Intercollegiate (April 13-14) in Ahoskie, N.C.
Knobloch, in his first season with the Bulldogs, ranks second on the squad in adjusted scoring average (72.9) and also has a victory and three top-three finishes this year. Knobloch won The Trojan (March 30-31) and joined Jahr on the league's all-tournament team last week.
Knobloch took second overall at the 2026 Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Championship last Tuesday in Snow Hill, N.C., while the trio led the Bulldogs to a runner-up finish.
Bruno is now a two-time All-Conference Carolinas selection (2025-26) who carries 73.5 adjusted scoring average.
Barton awaits to see if it earns an at-large selection to the 2026 NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional Championship which takes place from Thursday, May 7, through Saturday, May 9, at the Valdosta Country Club in Valdosta, Ga.
