VALDOSTA, Ga. – Barton senior
Ryan Jahr wrapped up play at the 2026 NCAA Division II South/Southeast Men's Golf Regional Championship which concluded with the third and final round Saturday at the Valdosta Country Club. Valdosta State University served as the host institution.
Jahr, a senior from Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., tied for 27th overall with a one-over 217 on the par-72, 7,012-yard course.
Nova Southeastern, ranked No. 16 in NCAA Division II, captured the regional championship with a 24-under 840 performance after 54 holes of competition. West Florida's Cooper Tendick (Kennesaw, Ga.) was the top individual after carding a 15-under 201.
Joining Nova Southeastern in the finals include West Florida, Lee, Georgia Southwestern, Florida Southern, Columbus State and Wingate.
USC Beaufort's Octavio Laurent (Bordeaux, FRANCE) and Emmanuel's Gabriel Hull (South Daytona, Florida) advanced to the national championship as well as individuals.
The 2026 NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship will take place starting on Monday, May 18, and running through Friday, May 22, at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.
