WILSON, N.C. – Barton's
Daniel Lopez has been named the Chick-fil-A Student-Athlete of the Week.
Lopez, a freshman from Palma De Mallorca, SPAIN, won at third singles in both Bulldogs' men's tennis victories over Lander (4-3) and NCAA Division I Longwood (4-0) this past Friday and Sunday. The Bulldogs beat the Bearcats for the first time ever and Lopez also earned a win at third doubles against the Lancers.
Barton hosts Wingate on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
