WILSON, N.C. – Barton College has announced the hiring of Dustin Stueck as its new Head Men's Volleyball Coach.

Stueck served as an Assistant Coach for the past three seasons at Bryant & Stratton College, a two-year school out of Wauwatosa, Wis.

Stueck helped coach the Bobcats to the 2024 National Junior College Athletic Association Final Four and a top-five finish at the 2025 NJCAA National Championship.  Stueck also assisted in recruiting the No. 1-ranked junior college class two years ago.

"Joining Barton College is an incredible opportunity, and I'm excited to continue the success this program has established," said Stueck.  "Our focus will be on competing for championships while developing young men of high character and sportsmanship."

Stueck also served as an Assistant Coach for the women's volleyball program at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2024 and is currently Head Coach of Milwaukee Sting Volleyball organization, one of the top men's volleyball club programs in the nation.  Stueck led the Sting 16-2 team a No. 2 ranking the state of Wisconsin.

"We're pleased to add Dustin (Stueck) to the Barton Athletic Family," said Ken Tyler, Barton Vice President and Director of Athletics.  "His experience as a junior college assistant and recruiting coordinator will open new doors for us from a prospective student-athlete standpoint.

"Serving as head coach in the Milwaukee Sting has exposed Dustin to some of the top talent in the country, and those connections will pay dividends for our program," added Tyler.  "He's an energetic young coach with a real passion for the game.  We welcome Dustin to Barton and look forward to his leadership of Bulldogs men's volleyball."

Stueck is a two-time AVAC 30 Under Award winner for coaching and earned NAIA Academic All-American honors as a player.  Stueck earned his bachelor's degree from Lakeland (Wis.) University in 2023 and is expected to graduate from Wisconsin-Parkside with his master's in Sport Management in 2027.
