Barton's Seth Deppe has been named the Chick-fil-A Student-Athlete of the Week

WILSON, N.C. - Barton's Seth Deppe has been named the Chick-fil-A Student-Athlete of the Week.

Deppe, a senior setter from Mukwonago, Wis., averaged 45.0 assists and 10.5 digs in leading the Bulldogs' men's volleyball team to victories over Erskine (3-2) and Emmanuel (3-0) this past weekend at home.  Deppe wins the award for the second time this year.

Deppe was also named the Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Specialist of the Week.

Barton next hosts Lincoln Memorial for Senior Night on Friday at 7:00 p.m., in Wilson Gymnasium.
