HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Barton College outdoor track and field teams wrapped up competition at the VertKlasse Meeting, hosted by High Point University, this past weekend at Dick Vert Stadium.
Barton freshman
Jaidan Lee (Charlotte, N.C.) finished third in the men's 100-meter dash with a time of 10.51 seconds while taking fifth overall in the men's 200-meter dash (21.51).
On the women's side, Barton sophomore
Aniya Heckstall (Scotland Neck, N.C.) also placed in the top ten in two events for the Bulldogs: sixth in the 100-meter dash (12.17) and seventh in the 200-meter dash (24.79) participates.
Finally, Barton sophomore
Keiarra Tutt (Pamlico, N.C.) finished tenth in the women's 400-meter dash participate with a time of 1:01.01.
The Bulldogs' outdoor track teams next compete at the Trojan Relays on Friday, April 19, on the campus of the University of Mount Olive at the Ray McDonald, Sr., Sports Complex in Mount Olive, N.C.
