COLUMBUS, Ga. – Barton senior
Nikki Norlin finished in a fourth-place tie at the Lady Cougar Women's Golf Invitational which concluded Tuesday at the Maple Ridge Golf Course. Columbus State University served as the host institution.
Norlin, a senior from Innisfail, Alberta, CANADA, shot a 154 (+10) on the par-72, 5,855-yard course while the Bulldogs took seventh overall after totaling a 668 (+92) over 36 holes of play. Norlin was leading the tournament after the opening round Monday.
Lander won the tournament with a 626 (+50), 10 strokes better than Columbus State. The Bearcats also had the top individual in Hannah Stephenson, who finished with a six-over 150 over the two-day tournament.
The Bulldogs return to the course on Monday, March 15, and Tuesday, March 16, to play in the Coker Spring Invitational in Hartsville, S.C., at the Hartsville Country Club.
