GREENVILLE, S.C. – Barton College's Marissa Stevenson has been named to the 2020 All-Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Team, league officials announced earlier today.
The women's tennis all-conference team is part of a special process in which Conference Carolinas is honoring its 2020 spring seniors. All of the members of the spring all-conference teams are seniors.
Stevenson, a senior from Kirk Michael, ISLE OF MAN, is now a four-time All-Conference Carolinas honoree (2017-20). This season, Stevenson finished the year with a 7-1 record in singles play and a 7-2 mark in doubles competition while playing at No. 1 for the Bulldogs.
Stevenson is also a three-time Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Player-of-the-Week honoree this year and finished her collegiate career with records of 54-17 (singles) and 49-24 (doubles). Barton ended the 2020 season with a 7-3 record – 1-0 in Conference Carolinas play – while winning its last four matches.
