GREENVILLE, S.C. – Barton College's
Lauren Walker has been named to the 2022-23 All-Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball First Team, league officials announced earlier today.
Walker, a junior guard from Charlotte, N.C., led the team in scoring this year at 16.6 points per game and led the squad in three-pointers made with 55. Walker also totaled 3.9 rebounds per contest to go along with a .800 free throw percentage, 45 assists and 37 steals.
Walker, a three-year starter, earned all-conference honors for the second straight season in a Bulldogs' uniform. Walker is also closing in on 1,000 points for her Barton career, standing at 885 points.
