DUE WEST, S.C. – The Barton men's basketball team (8-11, 6-5) won its third consecutive contest with a dominant 92-56 victory over Erskine (0-15, 0-10) Friday evening in a Conference Carolinas game at Belk Arena.

Sean Quick-Streeter (Columbia, S.C.) led all scorers with 18 points and hit four treys while junior guard
Jaylen Faber (Columbia, S.C.) added 17 points and connected on five three-pointers in the triumph.
The Bulldogs hit a blistering 54 percent (17-of-31) from behind the three-point line and 58 percent (35-of-60) from the field as Barton kept Erskine winless on the season.
Erskine was paced by K.D. Gordon (Aiken, S.C.) with 14 points but the Flying Fleet fell behind by a 41-24 at the break and never recovered. Barton also held a 46-25 edge in rebounding.
Barton returns home to host rival UNC Pembroke in a Conference Carolinas showdown on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., inside Wilson Gymnasium.
Erskine, meanwhile, hits the road to take on Emmanuel in a league match-up on Tuesday, January 27, at 7:00 p.m., in Franklin Springs, Ga.
