WILSON, N.C. – The Barton women's and men's basketball teams will celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr., Day on Monday, January 19, will free admission to its home doubleheader at Wilson Gymnasium against North Greenville. The women's contest starts at 1:00 p.m., while the men's teams are scheduled to tip at 3:00 p.m.
The department of athletics will be doing special programming throughout the contests to honor the life and legacy of MLK.
Free popcorn and a drink for all Wilson County Public School employees with ID and the first 100 people will receive raffle tickets to be entered to win a free Jimmy John's sandwich.
