FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The Barton men's soccer team (3-3-2, 2-0-1) battled Emmanuel (2-5-1, 2-2-1) to a scoreless tie on Saturday afternoon in a Conference Carolinas contest at the Stephen Lee Complex.
The Bulldogs held a 14-13 advantage in shots taken while both goalkeepers earned shutouts on the day.

Alejandro Sepulveda (Cali, COLUMBIA) stopped a pair of shots while the Lions goalkeeper, Howard Quincy (Savannah, Ga.), made four saves for the contest.
Barton notched its third shutout on the year while Emmanuel shut out its second opponent on the season.
Barton returns home to host Francis Marion on Wednesday, October 1, at 7:00 p.m., in a Conference Carolinas showdown.
Meanwhile, Emmanuel faces rival Young Harris in Young Harris, Ga., on Wednesday starting at 7:00 p.m., as well.
