SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Barton men's golf team won its third straight league title after capturing the 2025 Conference Carolinas Championship which concluded Tuesday with the third and final round at The Carolina Country Club.
The Bulldogs totaled an 875 (+11) on the par-72, 6,929-yard course, nine strokes better than Mount Olive.

Ryan Jahr (Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.) tied for second overall with a two-under 214 while sophomore
Giovanni Bruno (Padova, ITALY) carded a 221 (+5) after 54 holes of competition, good for a seventh-place tie. Both players earned all-tournament honors.
Mount Olive's Oscar Lönnqvist (Stockholm, SWEDEN) was the conference's individual medalist after firing a three-under 213 for the tournament.
Barton earned an automatic qualifying berth to the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Region Championship which takes place at the Mission Inn Golf & Resort at Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla., from Thursday, May 8, through Saturday, May 10.
