BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Barton men's volleyball team (13-10, 8-3) swept Lees-McRae (3-19, 2-10), 3-0, in a Conference Carolinas match Saturday afternoon at Williams Gymnasium.
The Bulldogs, who swept the season series from the Bobcats, won by scores of 25-13, 25-19 and 25-15.

Jake Adams (Clermont, Fla.) finished with a team-high nine kills while senior setter
Seth Deppe (Mukwonago, Wis.) added 21 assists, five digs and three blocks in the victory.
Lees-McRae was paced by Austin Beaird (Erie, Ill.) with a match-high 10 kills and Thiago Da Silva (Orlando, Fla.) totaled 27 assists and seven digs in the losing effort.
The Bobcats were held to a 0.041 hitting percentage while the Bulldogs hit .474 for the contest. Barton also eclipsed last year's win total and remained in third place in the conference standings.
Barton returns home to host Erskine on Friday, March 28, at 7:00 p.m., in a league match at Wilson Gymnasium while Lees-McRae hosts Catawba next Friday starting at 7:00 p.m.
