WILSON, N.C. – The Barton women's lacrosse team (0-2) suffered a 16-2 loss to No. 14 Embry-Riddle (5-0) Monday afternoon in the 2025 home opener at Electric Supply Company Field and Truist Stadium.
The Eagles' Samantha Reich (Perry Hall, Md.) and Eliana Enners (Bedford, N.H.) both scored three goals as the visitors raced to an 11-0 lead before the Bulldogs found the back of the net late in the first half and controlled the match throughout in the triumph.

Kloe Martin (Dracut, Mass.) both scored for the Bulldogs in the losing effort.
Embry-Riddle held the edge in both shots taken (30-19) and ground balls (21-13) while Aubrey Fixen (Palos Verdes, Calif.) played the first, notched a save and earned the win.

Savannah Graves (Calvert County, Md.) suffered the loss despite nine saves on the afternoon.
Barton remains at home to take on Charleston (W.Va.) on Friday at 1:00 p.m., while Embry-Riddle travels to Boca Raton, Fla., on Wednesday, February 26, to face Lynn starting at 4:00 p.m.
