WILSON, N.C. – The Barton men's volleyball team (11-9) swept Virginia Wesleyan (7-16), 3-0, in a non-league match Tuesday evening at Wilson Gymnasium.
The Bulldogs swept the Marlins by scores of 25-13, 25-19 and 25-17 and beat Virginia Wesleyan for the second time this year: a 3-0 sweep by Barton on Saturday, January 27, in Virginia Beach, Va.
Barton was led by freshman middle blocker
Dominik Limberopoulos (Columbus, Ohio) with eight kills while senior outside hitter
John Coffey (Plain City, Ohio) and junior outside hitter
Jake Adams (Clermont, Fla.) added seven kills each as the Bulldogs limited the Marlins to a .085 hitting percentage in the win.

Seth Deppe (Mukwonago, Wisc.) added 23 assists in the triumph. Virginia Wesleyan's JaMarhe Willis (Newport News, Va.) and Landon Brinkley (Norfolk, Va.) finished with a team-high seven kills in the losing effort.
Barton hosts rival Mount Olive for Senior Night in a Conference Carolinas contest on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., while Virginia Wesleyan hosts Warren Wilson on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
