WILSON, N.C. – The Barton women's lacrosse team (3-3) moved back to .500 on the season with a 16-8 victory over Tiffin (Ohio) (2-3) Thursday evening at Truist Stadium and Electric Supply Company Field.

Sydney Quinn (Fuquay-Varina, N.C.) finished with a team-high three goals and two assists as the Bulldogs rallied from a 3-1 deficit midway through the first stanza to take the win. The Bulldogs fought penalties all night with three of their goals coming with a man down.

Annabelle Chuilli (Cornelius, N.C.) – all scored twice in the victory.
Tiffin's Katelyn Jarvis (Dundalk, Md.) scored three goals in the losing effort. Barton held advantages in both shots taken (39-22) and ground balls (35-25) while forcing the Dragons into 35 turnovers.

Avery Gandolf (Medina, Ohio) earned the victory after making eight saves while Jenay Rennie (New Westminster, British Columbia, CANADA) suffered the loss despite 17 stops on the night.
Barton remains at home to take on Young Harris on Wednesday, March 8, at Noon while Tiffin hosts West Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday beginning at 3:00 p.m.
