BRISTOL, Tenn. – The Barton men's volleyball team (0-18, 0-13) fell to King (16-11, 10-3) by a 3-0 score in a Conference Carolinas match Friday night at the Student Center Complex.
The Tornado downed the Bulldogs by scores of 25-19, 25-14 and 25-18 and increased their winning streak to four matches while sweeping the season series from Barton.
King was led by Joshua Kim (Garden Grove, Calif.) and Suetonius Harris (Chesapeake, Va.) with 11 kills each while J.T. Deppe (Mukwonago, Wis.) added 34 assists and six digs – both match-highs – as the Tornado hit .500 for the match in the triumph.

Brandon Johnston (Hawkes Bay, NEW ZEALAND) with 11 kills and senior setter
Moses Kresch (Hershey, Pa.) chipped in with 13 assists and five digs in the setback. The Bulldogs, however, were limited to a .165 hitting percentage for the contest.
Barton takes on league-foe Lees-McRae on Saturday at Noon in Banner Elk, N.C., while King hosts Mount Olive on Saturday at Noon in a Conference Carolinas showdown.
