Hired in the summer of 2021, Peter Mais is beginning his second year as Head Women's Soccer Coach at Barton College.  Last season, Mais sported a 9-5-4 record including a 6-3-3 mark in Conference Carolinas play.

Prior to Barton, Mais served as an Assistant Coach for Limestone College (2018-20) in Gaffney, S.C., for three years.  Mais helped lead the Saints to a 32-15 mark while coaching 17 all-conference selections, six all-region honorees and one All-American. 

Mais also served as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach for Salisbury (Md.) for four years (2014-17).  While at Salisbury, Mais coached the 2002 Boys for Delaware ODP and mentored the 2002 and 2005 Boys at the River Soccer Club.

Mais is a West Chester University of Pennsylvania graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance and economics.  In addition, lettered four years for the Golden Rams men's soccer team and holds a USSF "B" License.
