Will Orbin is beginning his first year as Barton College's Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach in 2019.  Orbin's coaching stops prior to Barton include two NCAA Division I FCS schools - Indiana State University and Elon University - as well as Christopher Newport University (an NCAA Division III school in Virginia) and Louisburg College (a junior college in North Carolina).

Orbin led one of the most prolific offenses in the nation at Louisburg for two years (2015 and 2016).  In 2015, the Hurricanes were the top rushing offense in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and ranked ninth in scoring and No. 14 in total offense.  In 2016, Louisburg was third in the country in scoring and rushing offense and sixth in total offense.

Orbin has also been a head football coach and offensive coordinator in both the states of Georgia and North Carolina.  Orbin is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps (1988-92) where he served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Just Cause.  Orbin, who played at Waynesburg (Pa.) University, earned his bachelor's degree at North Carolina University State and began his coaching career as a student assistant on the Offensive Line for the Yellow Jackets.

Orbin also has post-baccalaureate certification from the University of Georgia.  Orbin and his wife, Brandi, has a pair of twins:  Benjamin and Regan.
