WILSON, N.C. – The Barton men's basketball team (12-14, 10-8) made it four victories in a row with an 89-75 win over Chowan (13-12, 11-6) in a Conference Carolinas contest Wednesday evening at Wilson Gymnasium.

Isaiah Davis (Saint Paul, Minn.) finished with a career-high 24 points while senior guard
Trevur Smalls (Summerville, S.C.) added 23 points as the Bulldogs avenged an earlier loss to the Hawks.
Davis also hit four-of-five three-point attempts and the home team totaled 13 treys in the win.
Barton was also powered by a 26-of-35 performance (74 percent) from the charity stripe with Smalls hitting 11 of those 13 attempts (85 percent).
Both teams had four players reach double figures including a 16-point, 17-rebound performance from Chowan's Damerius Summers (Deerfield Beach, Fla.).
The Hawks were hurt at the free throw line, hitting just 12-of-28 (43 percent) attempts in the setback.
Barton hosts Emmanuel for Senior Day on Saturday, February 21, beginning at 4:00 p.m., in a conference affair. Chowan returns home to take on Erskine on Saturday as well for a league contest starting at 4:00 p.m.
