HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Barton men's tennis team (2-7) fell to Lake Superior State (5-3) by a 4-3 score on Thursday on the Bulldogs' final day of their Spring Break trip to the coast of South Carolina.
Barton earned victories at first, second and fifth doubles courtesy of sophomore
Hannes Tylehed (Stockholm, SWEDEN) and freshmen
Felipe Mioch (Diemen, NETHERLANDS) and
Guillem Busquets Brau (Sabadell, SPAIN).
The Bulldogs suffered their second straight one-point setback.
Barton returns home to host West Virginia Wesleyan on Friday at 10:00 a.m., while Lake Superior State takes on Lewis Friday at the Spring Fest beginning at 8:30 a.m.
