HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Barton men's tennis team (2-6) fell in a close contest to Lewis (6-3), 4-3, Wednesday afternoon during its annual Spring Break trip on the coast of South Carolina.
The Bulldogs battled back after losing the doubles' point to the Flyers with three victories in singles action but Lewis was able to split the six matches to take the win.

On the final day of the Spring Fest on Thursday, Barton takes on Lake Superior State while Lewis takes on Chowan beginning at 9:00 a.m.
