HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Barton men's tennis team (6-5) moved back over .500 on the year with a 4-2 victory over Lake Superior State (3-6) Thursday afternoon at the Professional Tennis Registry's Spring Tennis Fest.
Barton is ranked No. 26 in NCAA Division II.
The Bulldogs, who pushed their winning streak to four matches, won four of the six singles matches to take the win.

Oscar Marmestedt (Akersberga, SWEDEN) downed Lake Superior State's Krishan Taneja (London, ENGLAND) by a score of 3-6, 6-4 and 10-7.
Barton continues its play on Spring Break at Hilton Head Island, S.C., on Friday when the Bulldogs face Lewis while Lake Superior State takes on Ashland on Friday beginning at 12:30 p.m.
