McCrae Knapp is beginning her first season as an Assistant Coach for the Barton College Softball Team in 2023.

Knapp, a 2022 graduate of Barton College, was a four-year letter winner on the softball team (2019-22) and earned All-Conference Carolinas honors as a junior in 2021. 

Knapp, who earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management with a minor in business administration, worked with the Edenton Steamers in Edenton, N.C., this summer and interned in the Barton College Athletics Office this past spring.  Knapp is a native of Hertford, N.C.
