Bayleigh Masterson is beginning her first season an Assistant Coach for Barton in 2025.

Masterson came to the Wilson, N.C., school after serving as an Assistant Coach for one year at NCAA Division I Murray State in Murray, Ky., in 2024.  Masterson started her collegiate coaching career at Hood College in Frederick, Md., where she was a graduate assistant for three seasons (2021-23).

As a player, Masterson was a four-year starter at Berry College in Rome, Ga., where she was a three-time first-team All-Conference honoree and a two-time NFCA All-Region honoree.  Masterson also led Berry to the regional title in 2018 and was on the 2019 NCAA D-III NFCA Player-of-the-Year Watchlist.

Masterson earned her bachelor's degree from Berry in 2021 and her master's degree in business administration from Hood in 2023.
