ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Barton men's and women's swimming teams took on Catawba in a home dual meet Saturday morning at the Harrison Family YMCA.
On the men's side, the Indians prevailed by a 143-99 score while the Bulldogs' women's squad fell to the visitors, 187-58.
Barton had a pair of victories in the meet: sophomore
Ethan Robinson (Dacula, Ga.) in the men's 100-yard freestyle (47.77) and the freshman
Ryan Mcanallen (Saint Augustine, Fla.) in the men's 200-yard backstroke (1:56.98).
The Barton swimming teams will look to bounce back next weekend with another home dual meet against Converse on Saturday, October 28, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
