"The success he has demonstrated in coaching both men's and women's teams and his enthusiasm for the game are primary reasons he emerged to be a great candidate for us. We had a pool of 75 applicants through the national search we conducted for this position. Coach Lennox was endorsed to us very highly be a number of persons coaching and working with intercollegiate volleyball."

"Our women's team has performed well in recent years and has about 80 percent of last year's team returning for 2012" said Hall.  "Our men's team is still in the building phase and Coach Lennox is extremely well-qualified to move us forward. The level to which he took Elmira's program in just two seasons is very impressive and our expectation is that he can do the same here. Coach Lennox and his wife Melissa will be great additions to the Barton College and Wilson communities."
