TIGERVILLE, S.C. – For the second straight season, Barton College's Rebecca Fraser has been selected to the Conference Carolinas Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Team, the league announced Saturday during a ceremony at the site of this year's league championship.

Fraser was a Second Team selection at defender after leading the league in groundballs for the second year in a row with 84, which was 25 more than anyone else in the conference. She collected six or more groundballs nine times in 15 games, posting a high of nine on three occasions, including Barton's league tourney match at University of Mount Olive on Wednesday.

The Chesapeake, Va., resident also ranked second in the conference in caused turnovers with 39, and fifth in the league in draw controls with 84. Fraser chipped in 10 assists on the offensive end in helping the Lady Bulldogs reach the conference tournament for the first time.

Fraser is the only Barton player in the program's two-year existence to be named all-conference.
