Jeff Lennox enters his second season as head coach of the men's and women's volleyball programs at Barton College in 2013-14 after being hired in May of 2012.
In his first year at Barton, Lennox was named a AVCA Thirty Under 30 award winner, a prestigious distinction given to up-and-coming coaching talent at all levels of the sport of volleyball. It marked the second time Lennox has recieved the award in his brief coaching career.
Lennox helped guide the Barton women's volleyball team back into the Conference Carolinas Tournament in the fall of 2012 (the Lady Bulldogs missed the eight-team tourney the year before) before he led the young men's volleyball squad to a much improved sophomore season in the spring of 2013. Lennox has coached one All-Conference performer and two Academic All-Conference honorees at Barton.
Lennox, a 2008 graduate of Juniata College (Pa.), served as as head men's volleyball coach and assistant women's volleyball coach at Elmira College (N.Y.), where he obtained a master's degree before coming to the Bulldogs. In his four years of service with Head Coach Rhonda Faunce, Elmira's women's team compiled an overall record of 89-42 and claimed one championship and one runner-up finish in the Empire 8 Conference. The Soaring Eagles won the league regular season title in 2011 and played in the championship game of the conference tournament in both 2010 and 2011.
Lennox was the first coach of Elmira's new men's program in 2011 and led the Soaring Eagles to an overall record of 33-39 over two seasons. His 2012 team completed its season with a 22-18 mark and had an NCAA Division III national ranking as high as 12th.
Lennox served as the primary recruiter for both volleyball teams at Elmira. The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) named him as one of its Thirty Under 30 Award recipients for 2011-12 (his first time winning the award). He also has coaching experience at Huntingdon Area High School (Pa.) and with the Nittany Valley Juniors and Kaepa Lion's Pride Volleyball Clubs.

A resident of Estero, Fla., Ramsey joins the Bulldogs after serving an internship as director of operations for the Wilson Tobs, where he supervised daily operations for the summer collegiate baseball team, including concessions, gate operations and outside vendors.
Prior to his role with the Tobs, Ramsey served as volleyball coaching intern at Estero High School, where he assisted the head coach in all aspects of the program, including practices, game-day responsibilities and fundraising.
