HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Barton men's tennis team (4-6) made it three wins in a row with a 6-1 triumph over West Liberty (1-4) Thursday afternoon at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort.

The Bulldogs were led by four players with victories in both singles and doubles play:  sophomores Diego Agudelo (Bogata, COLOMBIA), Oscar Marmestedt (Akersberga, SWEDEN), Alessandro Gerbino (Borlange, SWEDEN) and Hugh Ryder (Dartmouth, ENGLAND).

Marmestedt rallied to defeat the Hilltoppers' Anton Schulz (Menden, GERMANY) at third singles by a score of 2-6, 6-1 and 10-5.  Individually, both Marmestedt and Agudelo – playing at No. 1 – have three-match winning streaks in both singles and doubles competitions as well.
